I don't know about you, but I rarely make new year resolutions. I find that I don't typically follow through with them. And I get angry with myself because the things I resolve to do are things that I could start at any time, but don't.
This year I did make a big resolution. Instead of calling it that, I prefer to think that it's a mantra in the form of one word–health. By choosing the word "health" as my focus for the year, I will be making changes so that I can live a healthier life. My focus will be on becoming healthier in all areas of my life–physical, financial, mental, emotional–all of it! And my goal is to create a healthy lifestyle for the rest of my days. With two weeks away from my store, I started strong. I'm not getting any younger, and I've found that my mortality has been on my mind more than ever. One day (hopefully) I will retire and my hope is to be able to enjoy myself to the fullest. What do you do consistently to stay healthy (in any area of your life)?
