Beyond the Basics - crafty shelves

Paint them, stain them, use as many stacked benches as you'd like to make a functional bookshelf. Be sure to screw or nail each bench to the one below to ensure a safe shelf.

Stacking a couple of larger benches could also make a nice sofa table. Or use several smaller benches to build a shelf for any space where you need extra storage or would like to display items.
